Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can track your parcel through our courier partner's website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Yes! If you're looking to order in bulk or need products for your business, contact us directly at support@technode.co.nz for a custom quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within New Zealand.

Do you price match?

Absolutely! If you find a lower price from another NZ retailer, let us know and we'll do our best to match it.

Do products come with warranty?

Yes, all products include the manufacturer's warranty valid in New Zealand. If you have any warranty issues, contact us directly and we'll help sort it out.

What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products in original condition. Contact us at support@technode.co.nz with your order number to start a return.

Is shipping free?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 NZ-wide. Orders under $100 have a small flat-rate shipping fee calculated at checkout.

How fast is shipping?

Your ansOrders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Auckland deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days, North Island 2-3 days, and South Island 3-5 days.wer here.

Do you have stock in New Zealand?
