These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TechTiger website (techtiger.co.nz) and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

TechTiger is operated in New Zealand and these Terms are governed by New Zealand law.

Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
• Product images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but errors may occur
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance until your order has been dispatched.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Afterpay (subject to Afterpay's terms)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full credit card details.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within New Zealand only. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Auckland warehouse (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be in original, unopened packaging
• Products must be unused and in resalable condition
• All accessories and documentation must be included

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Certain items cannot be returned including opened software, digital products, and items marked as "Final Sale".

Warranties

All products sold by TechTiger include the manufacturer's warranty valid in New Zealand. Warranty periods vary by brand and product type.

In addition to manufacturer warranties, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are not affected by these Terms. Products must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design is the property of TechTiger or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechTiger is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.
