Do you have stock in New Zealand?
Yes! All our products are held in our Auckland warehouse. We don't ship from overseas - everything is NZ-based for fast, reliable delivery.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Auckland deliveries arrive in 1-2 business days, North Island 2-3 days, and South Island 3-5 days.
Do you price match?
Absolutely! If you find a lower price from another NZ retailer, let us know and we'll do our best to match it.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened products in original condition. Contact us at support@technode.co.nz with your order number to start a return.
